Tomás holds an LLM in International Business Law, from Católica Global School of Law and a Law degree from Nova University, in Lisbon. Tomás is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. Tomás has also been given the honorary title of "Conseiller en Diplomatie Économique" with the Belgian Embassy in Lisbon.
