Partner for construction or/and processing CLT

Södra Building Systems is looking to establish long-term partnerships and collaborations to develop an efficient value chain for cross-laminated timber (CLT) in Ukraine.

We are looking to connect with companies that can design and engineer CLT structures, further process and prefabricate our CLT panels, integrate them into complete building systems, and manage construction and on-site installation.

By combining Södra Building Systems industrial CLT production with local expertise in engineering, prefabrication, logistics, installation and/or construction, we aim to create the conditions for fast, scalable and climate-efficient construction.

Our goal is to establish partnerships that can contribute to the reconstruction of housing, schools, healthcare facilities, public buildings, as well as commercial and industrial buildings, while jointly developing a long-term market for industrialised timber construction in Ukraine.

In short, we are looking for partners who can help us take the step from CLT panel to completed building.
