Dr. Roman Blažek is an assistant professor at the Department of Economics (FPEDAS, University of Žilina). His research focuses on creative accounting, earnings management and forensic financial analysis (Beneish M-score), with applied interest in machine learning and quantitative methods in economics and finance. He is a guest editor of international Special Issues (MDPI Mathematics and Systems), an active peer reviewer for several international journals, and author or co-author of articles on financial analysis and data-driven economic methods.
