My organisation
KOM Agency is a science communication consultancy specialised in Horizon Europe funded projects. Since 2018, we have been supporting research consortia at every stage of the project lifecycle — from proposal design to final reporting. Our core expertise covers the design and deployment of Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (DEC) plans, visual identity and branding, website creation and maintenance, social media management, newsletter production, and video content. We also deliver training sessions in scientific outreach and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) management, tailored to researchers and early-stage scientists within consortium environments. KOM has developed a strong track record in MSCA Doctoral Networks, currently holding communication mandates on three funded networks — ENHPATHY, menTOR and PIPgen — all of which received maximum Impact scores in their 2025 evaluations. Our approach combines deep knowledge of the European research landscape with hands-on communication expertise, positioning us as a long-term partner rather than a service provider. We work with academic and non-academic project leaders across a wide range of scientific fields, including hematology, oncology, immunology, and neurology, and are open to collaborations across all Horizon Europe programme lines.
About me
I lead Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication (DEC) activities for Horizon Europe collaborative projects and MSCA Doctoral Networks within KOM Agency. Our work focuses on translating complex biomedical and life sciences research into clear outcomes for scientific communities, industry stakeholders, and the public.
We collaborate with research consortia as a dedicated Work Package partner, overseeing the DEC strategy from proposal preparation through project implementation. Our past contributions to European frameworks include:

In recent MSCA evaluations, proposals featuring our co-designed Impact and DEC strategies achieved the maximum score (5/5) for the Impact criterion.
Working Model:
As a committed project partner, we participate in proposal development from the initial drafting phase—collaborating on the Impact section and the Open Science/CDE framework without upfront costs for the consortium. Our resources are integrated directly into the project budget and activated upon successful grant agreement.
