I am working is an interdisciplinary group working at the intersection between nonlinear optical physics and nanoparticles chemistry. We are interested in developing new techniques to study the nonlinear properties of polar oxide nanoparticles.
University Savoie Mont Blanc (USMB) is an institution of 15,000 students open to Europe and the world. The research is conducted by accredited and recognised laboratories, in close partnership with major organisations (CNRS, CEA, INRA), international organisations (CERN) or other structures (INES, ‘Mountain Institute’) at the cutting edge of innovation.
I joined the Savoie Mont Blanc University in November 2024 as junior professor to study the light induced properties of polar oxide nanoparticle for bio-medical applicatios. Before I made my post doc in Germany at the Osnabrueck University on a similar topic. I obtained my PhD at the university of Padova (Italy) working on photoinduced charge transport on bulk polar oxide.
The research team Functional material and nanomaterials welcomes expression of interest from PhD-holders in the nonlinear optical field to apply for the call for propoals “MSCA European Post Doctoral Fellowship”.
