I work in the moment as a professor of animal health at Jordan University. I plan to do research in the field of precision livestock farming, which I have already stated.
Chapter Chair: Arturo Castro Nava The Germany chapter is part of the MCAA and encourages local networking, recruits and attracts new members to the Association, and generally enhances the image of the MCAA within Germany. Membership of the German Chapter is open to all MCAA members who have a connection to Germany. Membership of the Chapter is free! We aim to promote the interests and networking of Marie Curie Fellows and Alumni in Germany. Please join us in these efforts!
With over 20 years as a professor of animal health, I specialize in avian diseases, parasitology, and food safety. My research focuses on avian coccidiosis (Eimeria) and using antioxidants to improve poultry flock health.
Bridging veterinary science and technology, I developed PAIVET, a digital tool for real-time poultry disease diagnosis. My current work explores precision hematology to monitor biological stress in commercial production.
I bring international experience from Jordan, Germany, and Saudi Arabia. I am committed to advancing Precision Livestock Farming (PLF) to enhance global food security and animal welfare through innovative, data-driven solutions.
