I am an Associate Professor at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Director of the BEGEL research group. My research focuses on International Business and strategic management, with particular emphasis on digitalization and AI as drivers of firm performance and innovation.
I have extensive experience in quantitative analysis using firm-level datasets and in studying the links between internationalization, capabilities and innovation outcomes. I serve as Associate Editor at European Management Journal and have published in leading journals such as British Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, Journal of Business Research and Technological Forecasting and Social Change, among others.
I am particularly interested in MSCA Staff Exchanges projects addressing skills development, HR systems, workforce analytics and digital capability building
