I'm Dr. Kenan Yerli from Sakarya University, an academic specializing in English Language and Literature. My work is driven by a strong belief in the power of the humanities to address broader societal challenges, making it inherently interdisciplinary. My professional background includes four years as the head of the International Relations Office at Sakarya University, where I coordinated significant international events like the International Week and Erasmus Conference. This experience gave me extensive practical skills in project management, international collaboration, and public engagement.
Additionally, I have a deep background in teaching English language, which has professionalized my approach to education and communication. This expertise, combined with my role as the editor of the Interdisciplinary British and American Studies Journal and as a coordinator for the ShakesEU Jean Monnet Module, has given me unique insight into making complex research more accessible and compelling to diverse audiences, particularly through the arts and culture. I am actively seeking partners who are passionate about bringing a creative, interdisciplinary approach to the European Researchers' Night and Researchers at Schools initiatives, aiming to create truly innovative and impactful events.
