Expert in MSCA PF & ERC support at University of Latvia. Guiding EU proposals, partner search & research collaboration. Let's connect via RADIANCE!
I serve as a Leading Expert in the Research Department at the University of Latvia, where my primary focus is supporting the preparation of Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship (MSCA PF) proposals. Drawing on my background in cross-border cooperation and international project management, I bring a strategic and structured approach to guiding researchers through the proposal development process.
I work closely with postdoctoral candidates to shape proposal ideas, develop competitive narratives that meet MSCA PF excellence criteria, and ensure strong institutional alignment and support. One of my key initiatives is coordinating UL’s International Summer School for MSCA PF applicants, where I guide fellows in refining proposal quality, open science strategies, and research impact frameworks.
My past experience in managing EU-funded cross-border programmes has provided me with a deep understanding of international collaboration dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and result-driven coordination. These skills directly strengthen my ability to support researchers navigating the Horizon Europe landscape.
My goal is to offer high-value mentoring, partner identification, and expert input throughout the proposal journey — helping applicants build strong, competitive, and impactful research proposals aligned with European excellence standards.
