I am a Senior Lecturer at the ZHAW School of Management and Law and a Fellow of the Digitalization Initiative of the Canton of Zurich (DIZH). My research focuses on the intersection of international economics and public finance, where I apply empirical methods to better understand firm behavior, globalization, and policy impacts. I hold a PhD in Economics from ETH Zurich, with prior studies in Quantitative Economics at the University of Alicante and in Economics at the University of Mannheim.
Starting later this year, I will serve as Co-Head of the newly founded Global Business Lab at ZHAW, a platform dedicated to addressing international business challenges through applied research and interdisciplinary collaboration. In addition to my research activities, I am actively engaged in consulting and collaborative projects with industry and public-sector partners, particularly in the areas of ESG reporting, digitalization, and global strategy. I also teach across undergraduate, executive, and international programs, and I am committed to helping students and organizations navigate complex global environments with analytical rigor and practical relevance.
