I’m associate professor at UNED in Madrid, where I study gender  ideology, social stratification, and child development.

I’m a JQYA International Alumniaffiliated with InFER (Germany) & The Life Course Centre (Australia). I serve on the editorial board of the  Journal of Marriage & Family, and lead  “MultiMasc”, a research project on modern masculinities. Since 2025, I’m also part of GEPS (Population & Society Research Group).

Previously, I completed a postodoctoral contract at Goethe University of Frankfurt (Germany) and a PhD at Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona). 

Results of my research appeared in top-tier scientific journals, and were featured in press outlets like The EconomistThe Guardian, Le Monde, or El País.
