About

I am an experienced Food Scientist and researcher specializing in the transformative power of vibrational spectroscopy within the food industry. My research focus centers on the integration of FT-IR, Raman, and NIR spectroscopy with advanced chemometric modeling to develop rapid, non-destructive, and "green" analytical solutions for complex food matrices. Throughout my academic career, I have successfully applied these high-throughput screening techniques to address critical challenges in food authenticity, chemical characterization, and quality assurance. My technical proficiency extends to multivariate data analysis (PCA, PLS, SIMCA), allowing me to extract meaningful insights from complex spectral data to ensure food safety and process optimization.

I am currently seeking a prestigious host institution and a visionary supervisor to co-develop a competitive MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship proposal. My goal is to leverage my expertise in molecular spectroscopy within a collaborative environment that values innovation in food systems. I am particularly interested in projects that align with the European Green Deal, focusing on reducing chemical waste through reagent-free analytical methods and enhancing digital traceability in food supply chains. By joining your research group, I bring a robust publication record, a multidisciplinary approach to food science, and a commitment to advancing smart sensing technologies that bridge the gap between laboratory research and industrial application.
