About

I am a social work researcher with a strong academic focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My work examines the role perception, professional well-being, and occupational challenges of social workers engaged in ASD-related practice, using qualitative and mixed-method research approaches. I am particularly interested in interdisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based social work, and translating research findings into policy and practice to strengthen inclusive and sustainable support systems for individuals with ASD and their families.
