Canada Staff exchanges for R&I management for Horizon Europe projects
About
As Canada is now eligible to Horizon Europe, connections with R&D&I entites are now encouraged for international outreach. RSRI Quebec are non-for-profit organisations which fund collaborative R&D projects (TRL2-8) between industry and research centers, with more than 1500 members (80% SME, 20% research entities). RSRI managers are eager to building up consortia with many entities (industry+research and technological organisations) with a deep understanding of the benefits and associated challenges. Building up consortia with EU is now a strategic outcome, especially through the Horizon programme and RSRI are eager beavers to do so.
The project will involve the mobility of quebec RSRI ressources to EU offices to disseminate the opportunities available inside Quebec province, for these 9 strategic sectors : Aero, Aluminium, Biopharma, Biotech, Mining, Electric Energy. Medtech, Advanced materials and IT (Quantum, AI, Cloud, Data).
More than simply disseminating quebec available expertises, RSRI staff mobility will enable sharing best practices, access to a whole north America R&I ecosystem, identify rapidly pertinent contacts, develop prioritary relationships for building up Horizon consortia, matchmake with appropriated entities, align the regulations, bylaws, norms to integrate new markets .
