Strengthening Education and Science Governance through International Research Collaboration

This project aims to strengthen international research cooperation and institutional capacity in education governance, higher education policy, and science management. Through staff exchanges between universities, research institutions, and policy organisations, the project will promote joint research, knowledge transfer, and the exchange of innovative management practices.

The main research areas include evidence-based education policy, higher education governance and institutional performance, research assessment and scientific productivity, research management, and the societal impact of scientific knowledge. The project will also explore how international best practices can be adapted to different national and institutional contexts.

Staff exchanges will enable researchers, academic staff, and research managers to develop new methodologies, conduct collaborative research, build sustainable institutional partnerships, and strengthen their capacity to design and implement effective education and science policies. The expected outcomes include joint publications, comparative research, improved research management practices, and long-term cooperation between European and international institutions.
