About

TU/e (Eindhoven, NL) offers to join an MSCA Doctoral Network 2026 consortium as a beneficiary hosting one doctoral candidate, or as an associated partner offering secondments and training.

We offer:

  • Particle-resolved GPU simulation of multiphase reactive flow (open-source peclet suite; demonstrated at 1.8 billion cells on 32 H100 GPUs)

  • Fast reduced-order reactor models for design and control (open-source pymrm)

  • AI-enhanced closures and surrogate models linking the two scales

  • Verification-gated, AI-assisted model development, which makes a network eligible for the RAISE "AI in Science" opt-in (dedicated €30M)

  • Doctoral training in scientific computing, HPC and open-source research software

We look for: consortia in hydrogen metallurgy, iron/metal fuels, electrified or hydrogen-based process technology, particle and powder processing, or AI for science in chemical/process engineering, that need a modelling and simulation partner.
