Looking for partners to join or create a MCSA doctoral network

In my lab we aim to characterize essential chromatin- and transcription-related processes ruling healthy vs pathological gene expression programs by integrating biochemical, molecular, multi-omics and mathematical modeling approaches. We have secured competitive funding such as HFRI Greece 2.0, Twinning WIDERA and Fondation Santé, and I am particularly keen on extending our collaboration network and can offering expertise in chromatin biology, omics analyses and mathematical modeling.
