Computational and mathematical immunology

The Antwerp Unit for Data Analysis and Computation in Immunology and Sequencing (AUDACIS, https://www.uantwerpen.be/en/projects/audacis/) is a multidisciplinary unit that

1. generates in-house data from different settings using cutting edge OMICS technologies (including single cell gene expression and T cell receptor sequencing)

2. develops new bioinformatics tools to analyse these in-house data

3. develops new mathematical modeling frameworks to analyse our in-house longitudinal data
