Digital Euro/CBDC Debt Collection

The focus of the proposal is on addressing the intersection of the Digital Euro/Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and private debt collection processes within the European Union. By combining academic research with industry expertise, this doctorate aims to develop innovative solutions that enhance cross-border debt recovery while safeguarding privacy and compliance with EU regulations. We are seeking partners from at least three EU Member States, including academic institutions capable of awarding doctoral degrees and industry stakeholders in fintech. This collaborative effort will foster mobility, knowledge transfer, and practical advancements in a rapidly evolving digital financial landscape.
