About

Chulalongkorn University, Thailand’s leading research institution, is seeking academic or non-academic partners to jointly develop a proposal for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Staff Exchange program. Our proposed project focuses on cutting-edge computational approaches in immunoinformatics, bioinformatics, omics, and systems biology to advance personalized and precision medicine.

We aim to foster a dynamic research network that promotes interdisciplinary knowledge exchange, training, and collaborative research. Our project will address global challenges such as infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancer immunotherapy through integrative data-driven methods.

Scientific Objectives

  • Develop and apply computational immunology tools for predicting immune responses (e.g., epitope prediction, TCR/BCR repertoire analysis).

  • Integrate multi-omics datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics) to uncover disease mechanisms and biomarkers.

  • Build systems biology models to simulate host-pathogen interactions and immune regulation.

  • Employ AI and machine learning for data integration, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling in immunology and biomedicine.

  • Establish standardized workflows and pipelines for reproducible and scalable analyses.

Our Strengths

  • Expertise in immunoinformatics, transcriptomics, molecular biology, and AI applications in biomedical sciences.

  • Strong commitment to internationalization, research capacity building, and technology transfer.

Collaboration Goals under MSCA-SE

  • Exchange of early-stage and experienced researchers, technical staff, and managerial staff.

  • Development of joint research activities, training workshops, and secondments.

  • Capacity building and fostering career development through interdisciplinary and intersectoral mobility.
