Founded in 1970, the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics - ICI Bucharest is a center of excellence for research, development, and innovation in information and communication technology (ICT) in Romania. Through research and development projects in ICT, the institute supports the construction of a modern, competitive, and connected information society.
