Strategic Partnerships for Scalable Mental Health Innovation
MARKETING MANAGER at HEALTH TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS
TURIN, Italy
About
he initiative is designed to attract partners who recognise both the technological and commercial value of an innovative solution aimed at transforming mental health care delivery and scaling its impact across Europe and beyond. The strategic objective is to consolidate a robust ecosystem capable of supporting advanced technological development, facilitating structured market entry in priority European countries, and reinforcing a competitive positioning that enables sustainable international expansion. Central to this strategy is the active involvement of healthcare end users, specifically centres providing psychiatric services, child and adolescent neuropsychiatry, and psychological care, which are envisioned not only as direct beneficiaries but also as primary operational users, contributing to the optimisation and real-world validation of the solution. Parallel to this, the project seeks to establish high-level collaborative relationships with research centres specialised in neurodivergence and in the clinical study of long-term psychiatric patients, thereby promoting the integration of evidence-based methodologies, continuous innovation and the development of advanced, patient-centred intervention models. These partnerships, encompassing both public and private institutions, are expected to generate measurable socio-economic value by improving diagnostic accuracy, enhancing treatment efficiency, supporting long-term rehabilitation and reducing systemic costs linked to chronic psychiatric conditions. Within the European mental health market, which already represents a multi-billion-euro sector with annual growth rates exceeding 5%, such strategic alignment positions the initiative as a scalable, high-impact solution capable of contributing to improved clinical outcomes, optimized resource allocation and strengthened research capacity in neuropsychological and psychiatric care.
