Embodied Remote Care

About
To close the gap between in-session and home care. Using immersive technology, AI Adaptive therapy, online and offline solution's so patients can access personalised support in clinic, at home, and in low-connectivity settings, while still generating structured, interoperable data to maintain continuity of care.
How do we propose to do this:
Adaptive mental health treatment: Use real-time behavioural signals and subjective responses to adapt therapy so sessions become personalised, not linear.
Interactive explainable care: Take complex clinical / psychological concepts and turn them into narrative-based virtual “chapters” that patients can see in their living room. Improve engagement and understanding, lower dropout.
Patient self-management modules: Daily immersive micro-sessions linked to personalised goal-tracking, allowing independent progress between clinician visits.
Continuity without co-location: Clinicians can remotely view and asses patient progression. For a patient, remote therapy feels embodied, not flat video calls.
Culturally adaptable environments: Can be localised for communities underserved by mainstream mental health services.
Progressive disclosure: Instead of throwing CBT/ACT knowledge at the patient, the system reveals tools at the right time, reduces overwhelm and increases autonomy.
