Valtes – AI-powered support platform for informal caregivers

Valtes is an AI-powered digital assistant that supports informal caregivers with personalised information, local resources, and proactive guidance. Built in co-creation with municipalities and care organisations, our platform helps individuals manage their caregiving role while providing policy-makers with real-time, anonymised insights into caregiver needs.

We focus on the under-reached group of working caregivers aged 30–65, who often combine jobs, family, and care tasks. Unlike static websites, Valtes adapts to the user's personal context and offers just-in-time information and referrals. Our platform has proven its impact across Dutch municipalities, and won the Audience Award National Health Innovation last year.

Valtes is looking to expand across Europe. We're looking for pilot regions, research collaborations and scaling partners to jointly address the growing pressure on informal care systems. Together, we can build resilient, inclusive, and data-informed community care across borders.
