About

RedMed — AI-native diagnostic platform for CROs

RedMed is an AI-native diagnostic and clinical intelligence platform designed to support Contract Research Organizations (CROs), sponsors, clinical sites, and laboratories across the clinical-development pathway.

The platform integrates heterogeneous clinical, laboratory, biomarker, multi-omics, patient-reported, and remote-monitoring data into a structured and interoperable environment. Its purpose is to transform complex, fragmented datasets into actionable insights that improve patient stratification, clinical-trial execution, biomarker development, and evidence generation.

Value for clinical research

RedMed supports CROs throughout study design and execution by enabling:

- Identification and stratification of patient subgroups based on clinical, laboratory, molecular and longitudinal digital data.

- Development and validation of diagnostic, prognostic, predictive and pharmacodynamic biomarker signatures.

- Integration of decentralised clinical-trial data, including wearable-derived and home-monitoring parameters.

- Early identification of clinically meaningful changes, patient-risk patterns and potential deviations from expected trajectories.

- AI-supported data analysis for endpoint exploration, response prediction and generation of real-world evidence.

- Standardised collection, harmonisation and quality assessment of data across multiple clinical sites.

- Traceable, explainable and auditable outputs suitable for research use and for future regulatory-aligned development.

Collaboration interests

RedMed is seeking partnerships with CROs, clinical research centres, hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and digital-health providers to co-design, test and validate AI-enabled diagnostic workflows in real-world and multicentre clinical studies.

Priority collaboration areas include precision diagnostics, biomarker discovery and validation, decentralised and hybrid clinical trials, therapeutic monitoring, remote patient monitoring, interoperability of clinical and laboratory data, and evidence generation to support regulatory and market-access pathways.
