Tethered is seeking cross-sector partners—health authorities, research institutions, and innovation clusters—to pilot and evaluate our digital mindfulness platform as an interim mental health support tool.

Designed to address growing wait times and workforce shortages, Tethered provides evidence-based, culturally rich self-care through guided meditations, sleep stories, and stress-reducing tools. Our content is rooted in neuroscience and local storytelling, offering a human-centric solution that meets users where they are—emotionally and geographically.

Aligned with the UNITE mission, we aim to:

• Launch agile pilots across regions to localise and assess impact

• Collaborate on clinical studies to support the science behind digital mindfulness

• Support ageing populations and isolated individuals through personalised, remote care

• Offer immediate, accessible support to relieve pressure on overstretched public mental health services

• Contribute ethically to Europe’s digital health data landscape
