About
Currently at TRL 4 (Technology validated in lab). The European Patent (EP 4 408 275 B1) was granted in August 2025, providing a strong legal barrier and confirming inventive step.Impact & Alignment with PRECISEUPersonalised Medicine: Delivers highly individualized therapeutic outputs based on objective biomechanical data.Health Data Solutions: Integrates AI, wearable sensors, and motion analysis into a unified B2B platform for clinics and hospitals.Clinical Excellence: Sets a new standard in rehabilitative medicine and sports performance by shifting from craft-based to science-validated orthotics.
To successfully transition the BMPOD project from laboratory validation (TRL 4) to large-scale clinical and industrial implementation (TRL 6-8), we seek support in the following areas:
Consortium Building & Partner Search: We require assistance in identifying and connecting with European clinical centers of excellence and university hospitals specialized in rehabilitation and sports medicine for multi-centric clinical validation.
Matchmaking with Industrial Stakeholders: We are looking for strategic partnerships with manufacturers in the orthotics and 3D printing sectors to automate the production phase of the medical insoles generated by our AI algorithm.
Regulatory Mentorship: Expert guidance is needed to navigate the complex landscape of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745) for Class I/IIa devices, specifically regarding the certification of a combined hardware-software (AI) system.
Fundraising & Investment Readiness: Given the estimated value of our IP and the project's scalability, we seek mentorship to refine our pitch for Venture Capital and institutional investors to secure the capital necessary for the internationalization phase.
Business Modelling for Interregional Scaling: Guidance in optimizing our B2B SaaS model and pay-per-use licensing structure to ensure seamless adoption across different European healthcare systems.
Change Management & Clinical Adoption: Support in developing educational protocols and training frameworks for healthcare professionals. This is vital to overcome resistance to new clinical processes and ensure the smooth integration of BMPOD into established medical practices.
Impact Assessment: Support in developing a robust framework to quantify the socio-economic impact of our solution, specifically regarding the reduction of long-term healthcare costs related to musculoskeletal pathologies.
