**Business Area Manager
**Caverion Sverige AB, jan 2007 – aug 2017

In my role as business area manager, my mission has been to develop Caverion's deliveries in Security Systems. When I joined the role, there were operations in Malmö with about 10 employees and 4 in Stockholm. During the period, I have developed 3 operational units, Malmö, Stockholm and Gothenburg, which are referred to as operational skills teams responsible for local delivery as well as nationwide and to some extent Nordic-wide assignments to the market. Today, the units consist of about 60 employees. This has mostly been through organic growth, but also through smaller acquisitions. While the operational units have grown, a strategy with associated product portfolio, tools, certificates, processors etc has been developed and today there are another 15 places that deliver security solutions in accordance with the strategy that the business area operates, but not directly reporting to me. The business area within Caverion employs approximately 300MSek of which the operational competence center has a turnover of approximately 100MSek, which is to be compared with the business area at the start of the business, approximately 30 - 40MSek in its entirety. Customers and assignments during this time include AstraZeneca, Vattenfall, Criminal Care, CGI, etc. In my role as business area manager, I am an active part of the implementation of the business proposals. I am part of regional management teams and also run a separate management team for the security area in Sweden.
