Choosing the right belt starts with selecting a material suited to the operating conditions. Each material offers specific properties that can be tailored to meet individual application requirements.

To address this, we offer modular belts made from a wide range of materials commonly used in our industry – including PP, PE, POM, PA, and PK. Thanks to this variety, our solutions can withstand extreme temperatures, from -60°C up to +260°C. Certain materials are also suitable for wet or humid environments.

Belts can be enhanced with additives that provide metal detectability or bacteriostatic properties, making them ideal for food production. Maxbelt Modular belts perform reliably on straight, curved, ascending, or descending conveyors. They can be equipped with special flights and sidewalls and are available in flat or flush grid designs.

For specific applications, we offer belts with rubber surfaces for transporting slippery goods or integrated rollers for smooth handling in intralogistics and the automotive sector.
