FIDCHEM is a Spanish deep-tech company developing and integrating advanced technologies for water treatment, environmental remediation, and resource-efficient industrial processes.
Our current R&D and pilot activities focus on:
• PFAS destruction and advanced water treatment — technologies designed to destroy persistent contaminants rather than simply transfer them from water to filtration media. We work with several complementary treatment approaches for different water matrices, contamination profiles, and operating conditions. Technologies have been validated and are progressing through pilot applications.
• Autonomous water management and process control — modular AI-enabled systems combining real-time water-quality monitoring with autonomous operation of pumps, valves, chemical dosing, filtration, backwashing and other treatment processes. The architecture is scalable and adaptable to applications including closed-loop water systems, agriculture, aquaponics, hydroponics, reservoirs and swimming pools.
• Ozone-based treatment and disinfection — long-life ozone generation technologies designed for robust, low-maintenance applications in water and air treatment.
• Sustainable agriculture technologies — including R&D on on-site generation of nitrogen-enriched water for irrigation and fertigation, currently undergoing laboratory testing.
• Environmental monitoring and analytics — integration of sensors, analytical technologies and AI-assisted data processing for contaminant detection, process monitoring and treatment validation.
FIDCHEM is interested in Horizon Europe and other collaborative R&D projects where we can contribute technology, engineering expertise, pilot-scale systems and industrial use cases. We are particularly interested in partnerships with research organizations, technology providers, utilities, industrial companies, municipalities and other end users able to host or participate in demonstration and validation activities.
We welcome collaboration in water resilience, zero pollution, PFAS and emerging contaminants, environmental monitoring, circular economy, sustainable agriculture and intelligent process automation.
