The European Institute for Local Development (EILD) is a Greek non-profit organisation founded in 2009, with extensive experience in EU-funded projects, local and regional development, education and training, digital skills, sustainability, social inclusion and community engagement.

EILD can contribute to Horizon Europe consortia through:

These tools can be adapted and integrated into European projects to support stakeholder recruitment, needs assessment, consortium networking, pilot implementation, monitoring, dissemination and impact measurement.

EILD is interested in collaborating with universities, research organisations, SMEs, municipalities, public authorities and civil society organisations developing Horizon Europe proposals related to smart communities, digitalisation, sustainability, resilience, education, social innovation, inclusion and citizen engagement.

We are particularly interested in joining consortia as a stakeholder engagement, dissemination, capacity-building, pilot implementation and societal-impact partner.
