Community engagement and participatory cultural activation in mountain and inner areas

We can contribute to European projects as a local community partner and pilot facilitator. Our work focuses on activating fragile mountain territories through culture, participation, storytelling and community-building.

We are developing MontagneOltre, a diffuse mountain festival designed to involve residents, local associations, visitors and potential new inhabitants. The festival is conceived not only as a cultural event, but as a participatory tool to listen to the territory, activate local actors, reduce seasonality and create a shared narrative around mountain futures.

Our expertise includes local stakeholder engagement, co-design processes, cultural event planning, communication, social activation, volunteer coordination and the creation of inclusive formats for residents and external participants.
