Industry 4.0 quality control and end-to-end traceability for cleaner manufacturing

In production on a vehicle assembly line in Barcelona, the web app scans each vehicle's VIN and records every test (OK/NG), repairs and re-checks, with full stage history. In 2026 we added sub-assembly traceability (engine, axles, doors, cockpit) through master labels, rule-based vehicle blocking between stages, MQTT integration with plant events, and a combined process flow / FMEA / control-plan module. The same solution runs in the cloud or containerised on the client's own servers. We also build connected-equipment apps, such as a Bluetooth app that controls industrial vacuum sealers (500+ downloads). Next steps: computer-vision inspection, defect prediction and scrap/energy KPIs.
