Looking for: Horizon Europe partners for wastewater, CECs and PFAS projects
Chief Scientific Officer at ASPIDIA srl
Italy
About
ASPIDIA is looking for Horizon Europe partners interested in wastewater treatment, PFAS degradation and contaminants of emerging concern (CECs).
We are particularly interested in collaborations with environmental microbiology groups, analytical chemistry laboratories, TEA/LCA experts, water utilities and industrial end-users willing to support pilot validation and demonstration activities.
The proposed collaboration would focus on the validation of TriClean, ASPIDIA’s TRL 4 hydrodynamic cavitation + advanced oxidation platform, for the on-site degradation of PFAS and CECs in real urban and industrial wastewater matrices.
Priority application areas include pharmaceutical residues, antimicrobial-resistance-related endpoints, textile dyes and persistent industrial contaminants. Environmental microbiology partners could contribute residual antibacterial activity testing and ARG/qPCR analysis, while analytical partners could support LC-MS/MS monitoring of target compounds and transformation products.
We are especially interested in water utilities and industrial end-users from the pharmaceutical/API, textile and chemical sectors that can provide real wastewater matrices and/or act as pilot and demonstration sites.
The objective is to build or join a strong Horizon Europe consortium addressing water quality, pollution prevention, industrial sustainability, circular economy and emerging environmental risks.
