COLOPROOF: gene-expression test for colorectal cancer recurrence prediction

COLOPROOF is a gene expression–based diagnostic test built on the quantification of a proprietary six-gene signature (SEC6) in FFPE samples routinely collected in clinical practice. The test is designed to predict recurrence risk in patients with stage II–III colorectal cancer and support clinical decision-making by identifying those who may benefit from more intensive treatment and follow-up strategies.

We are seeking strategic and financial partners to support analytical and clinical validation, regulatory development, and market access activities. We are also open to collaborating with diagnostic companies, hospitals, and molecular pathology laboratories with complementary expertise in colorectal cancer diagnostics and precision medicine.

Target partners include organizations with experience in retrospective and prospective clinical studies, companion diagnostics, molecular testing workflows, regulatory strategy, reimbursement, and the commercial implementation of oncology diagnostics.

As a consortium partner, we bring proprietary gene-expression signatures, extensive expertise in colorectal cancer biology, molecular diagnostics, biomarker discovery and validation, translational oncology, and clinical development strategy. We can contribute scientific leadership, assay development know-how, access to clinical and translational research networks, and expertise in the development of precision oncology diagnostics.
