CDH17-LGR5 bispecific antibodies for metastatic colorectal cancer

Our lead therapeutic program focuses on the development of first-in-class CDH17-LGR5 bispecific antibodies for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The technology is based on the simultaneous targeting of two highly relevant colorectal cancer-associated antigens, aiming to overcome tumor heterogeneity and metastatic cell plasticity while enhancing antitumor efficacy across different stages of disease progression.

We are seeking financial support to complete preclinical development and advance the program through Phase I/IIa clinical trials over the next 4.5 years. We are also open to collaborating with partners developing complementary technologies, such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), CAR-T therapies, radioligand therapies, and other innovative oncology approaches that could strengthen or expand the therapeutic potential of our platform.

We are interested in partners with strong expertise in preclinical and clinical oncology, including translational research, in vivo models, biomarker development, clinical trial design, and regulatory strategy.

As a consortium partner, we bring proprietary antibody assets, extensive expertise in colorectal cancer biology, translational oncology, biomarker discovery, molecular diagnostics, and drug development. We can contribute scientific leadership, project coordination, preclinical development capabilities, and access to a network of academic, clinical, and industry collaborators in the oncology field.
