Partnership for Clinical Validation and Integration of AI-Driven Precision Oncology Decision Support Systems

We seek strategic partnerships with Comprehensive Cancer Centers, research institutions, and clinical networks to collaboratively validate and integrate our LLM-based AI-Ambient Patient-Clinical Intelligence (A.P.C.I.) system within precision oncology workflows.

The partnership will focus on retrospective and simulated clinical validation using pseudo-anonymized EHRs and guideline-based tumor board decisions to benchmark diagnostic and therapeutic concordance across cancer types, with a dedicated focus on rare malignancies such as sarcomas.

Joint activities will include:

• Controlled real-world testing of the A.P.C.I. system under GRADE/PICO methodology.

• Evaluation of interoperability (HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, ICHOM) and cross-institutional data harmonization.

• Assessment of clinical accuracy, transparency, and explainability through standardized KPIs.

• Contribution to evidence-based frameworks for AI adoption under the EU AI Act, MDR, and EHDS.

This partnership aims to advance trustworthy, human-centric AI for oncology, supporting translational research and regulatory preparedness toward sustainable deployment in European cancer care ecosystems.
