About
The African Clinical Multiome Atlas Platform (Clin-MAP) aims to create an integrated pan-African & pan-disease clinical multiomics data repository supported by AI-driven health innovation.
The Clin-MAP network spans clinical sites across the African with a pan-disease approach across both infectious disease and NCDs.
We are interested in collaborating on oncology and autoimmune related projects and house expertise in genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics and microbiomics. The goal of Clin-MAP is to establish clinically curated and integrated multiome datasets from clinical sites across the continent with the intent to utilise these datasets to catalyse artificial intelligence (AI) – guided drug and diagnostic discovery and to democratise precision medicine and bio-innovation efforts across the continent.
