1) Registration

Register via the Register button.

2) Conference Dinner

You can register for the Conference Dinner on 5 October for an additional €100 fee. To do so, make sure you select a ticket that includes [CONFERENCE DINNER TICKET] in its name.

If you wish to add a Dinner Ticket to your registration at a later stage, please contact Victor Kempf v.kempf@oceanenergy.eu

2) Side Events

You will be able to register for free side events on the Attendance page of the registration form. This can be modified later.

3) B2B Meetings

During the event, a dedicated B2B meeting room will be available to attendees who have booked meetings on the b2match platform.

To make yourself available for B2B Meetings, you need to select at least one B2B Meetings time slot on the Attendance page of the registration form.

4) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs

Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.

Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests. 

5) Browse profiles of attendees

Go to the participants list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.

6) Send & receive meeting requests

Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. 

7) Your meetings

Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings. 

8) Abstracts

• You can submit or manage your abstracts on the dedicated Abstracts Platform.
