Welcome to the NATO-NSPA Belgian Industry Day !

The Wallonia Export and Foreign Investment Agency, in collaboration with Flanders Investment & Trade and hub.brussels, invites you to participate in a networking day with the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, at the Van der Valk Hotel in Arlon.

This event will provide you with the opportunity to learn about the business opportunities that the NSPA offers to companies, understand the practical steps required to become a supplier, and engage directly with procurement officers responsible for these three thematic areas :

Intelligent autonomous unmanned systems
Structures, spare parts, materials, and protection components for land and air vehicles
Space defence

Context

The NSPA is the procurement agency of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, serving its 32 member countries. It collaborates with more than 60,000 companies that supply goods and services across its five main procurement programmes:

Practical information

If you wish to stay at the Van der Valk Hotel Arlon the night before the event, you are requested to make your reservation directly with the hotel (no group bookings) by phone at +32 63 23 32 22.

The hotel is easily accessible via the E411/A4 motorway, about 10 minutes from Arlon city centre. Free parking is available on site.
By train:
Travel to Arlon railway station. The hotel is about 30 minutes on foot, or a 10-minute taxi ride from the station.
