The objective of the association is to boost social inclusion by proposing several kinds of actions fostering intercultural dialogue, encouraging democratic participation among socially excluded groups, increasing people's soft and hard skills, designing educational programs to open minds and strengthening fair dynamics between generations. In particular, Solution focuses on the following areas: \- Integration of disadvantaged groups in the labor market \- Entrepreneurship as a professional opportunity for people with fewer opportunities \- Ecological awareness through innovative tools and ICT - Integration of young migrants in the society \- Women empowerment \- Gender equality for everyone \- Intergenerational dialogue \- Active citizenship both on European and local levels \- Promotion of intercultural dialogue through multilingual workshops Solution operates in a multicultural and socially complex environment: in the east of Paris, there are more than 70 different ethnic communities whose adults may face economic difficulties, as well as social and labor exclusion. Such groups are often excluded from extra scholar offers, which may help them to acquire new skills enabling a better integration into society. Solution's mission is to propose to these people non-formal education activities bringing together different publics and stimulating, this way, intercultural and intergenerational dialogue while promoting the acquisition of soft and hard skills useful for professional and social purposes. Solution relies on an experienced team of project managers and youth educators who use their skills to implement different actions of pedagogical projects: Conduct desk researches Elaborate training curricula Involve local communities in events and workshops Maximize the impact of the project thanks to the involvement of the young people and relevant stakeholders Run focus groups and conduct interviews to gather the groups’ needs and requirements Test the developed curricula with the target population Integrate feedback and adapt the final tool to the target population's specificities Carrying out dissemination actions to promote the project’s objectives and achievements Monitor the quality of actions and outputs following the indicators settled at the beginning of the project Solution involves local communities in Paris by running activities meeting current challenges that young people face nowadays. Solution’s team thinks that a real change in society can only be achieved through constant engagement of the local communities. For this reason, the association organizes a wide range of activities involving local communities in Paris and suburbs. Paris being a city of big inequalities, like many big cities, people’s learning needs are very different from each other. Some of them lack of opportunities to access to non-formal education, other need specific training programmes. Solution tries to give an answer to such issues by proposing educational training both on local and international level to young people from the outskirts and poor neighborhoods. Solution also organizes different kinds of workshops in collaboration with several local organizations in Paris and its suburbs, such as workshops to support migrant women to integrate labor world. These sessions are based on a practical and pedagogical approach, which first provides examples and notions and then offers practical training to the participants. Other workshops aim at raising young people awareness about environmental issues or at supporting youth mental health by preventing Internet addiction and digital dangers on the Internet.
