Just a Change is a non-profit organization that fights housing poverty in Portugal by renovating homes for people living in unsafe and undignified conditions. Through the power of volunteer work, strategic partnerships, and sustainable construction, we transform houses into safe, comfortable homes. Each renovation brings hope, dignity, and a fresh start to those in need, proving that a better future begins with a better home.

Hi, I'm Clara Tripodi—a passionate advocate for social impact with a background in Human Rights and Multiculturalism. My journey has taken me from Italy to Portugal, where I now work with Just a Change, an organization that rebuilds homes for people living in housing poverty. I lead fundraising and advocacy efforts, and right now, we’re actively looking for partnerships that can help us scale our impact—whether through European projects, cross-border collaborations, or networks aligned with our mission. I'm here to connect with changemakers who believe in building not just structures, but stronger, more inclusive communities.
