We are looking to collaborate with organizations interested in developing a community practice model applicable not only in fragile contexts but also in more stable environments, with particular attention to the complex housing situation in Milan.

Our approach focuses on the relationship between people and their living spaces, understood not just as physical places but as spaces of relationships, care, trust, and a sense of belonging. We aim to enhance intercultural relations, mutual support practices, and the building of local networks.

Thanks to our expertise in social housing, housing projects, condominium management, and resident cooperatives, we can offer skills and networks to concretely experiment with this model through regeneration and refurbishment of buildings and shared spaces.

We are open to collaboratively developing a path with interested partners to innovate community practices and strengthen the social fabric across different housing contexts.
