REGEN-04: Eco-Social Housing Prototypes: inclusive, climate-resilient & cost-effective

The cluster has co-created affordable-housing typologies that integrate passive-design, modular timber systems and circular construction workflows. We can host a brownfield plot (1 ha) earmarked for socially-mixed housing and provide community engagement frameworks honed over 15 years. Our contribution includes: (i) participatory design charrettes linking residents, architects and policymakers; (ii) digital fabrication of low-carbon building components; (iii) post-occupancy evaluations covering wellbeing, resource efficiency and maintenance costs. We look to partner with housing associations, social-finance bodies, disability-inclusion NGOs and construction-tech innovators to build a compelling demonstration that advances EU standards for sustainable, inclusive and beautiful housing.
