REGEN-01: Regenerative Neighbourhood Retrofits: leading pilots in coastal & heritage districts
About
Our cluster blends academic excellence with municipal practice, operating five neighbourhood testbeds that range from dense historic quarters to coastal brownfields. We have delivered award-winning blue-green infrastructure and circular-materials demonstrators. For this IA, we will contribute two pilot sites, run participatory design sprints, and deliver data-driven dashboards (ecosystem services, LCA, social value). We seek a seasoned coordinator to lead the overall project, while we take charge of the work-package on stakeholder engagement and performance monitoring. Additional partners desired: digital-twin developers, biodiversity experts, regenerative-finance modellers and policy think-tanks to replicate solutions EU-wide.
