Participatory Impact Measurement (Co-created KPIs)
About
We work directly with residents and frontline workers to define success criteria for a project through Theory-of-Change workshops. These criteria are translated into mixed-method KPIs, combining quantitative and qualitative indicators. The results are tracked on a living dashboard, which is updated throughout the project, ensuring adaptive decision-making. Upon project completion, custodianship is transferred to local stakeholders. This approach not only tracks outcomes but also shifts evaluation from compliance to shared learning.
