Participatory Impact Measurement
About
Early Theory-of-Change workshops let residents and frontline practitioners define the changes that matter to them, blending narrative “why-it-matters” notes with quantitative indicators. Data are managed under FAIR principles and visualised in a living dashboard that evolves alongside the work. Custodianship is transferred to local actors at project close. Our edge: open-source civic-tech tools ensure the system is lightweight, low-cost and easily replicated.
