Research, citizen engagement | PARTICIPATION-01/02/04

Venice Urban Lab is a nonprofit association active in Venice, a city with huge challenges on gentrification, overtourism, housing access and cultural heritage preservation, and a city with unmatched common space features.

We gather experience and knowledge from a network of residents, architects, urban planners, project managers, designers, with a diverse and intergenerational background. Placemaking in Venice is an example of event we curated in partnership with NEB.

Venice Urban Lab has a bottom-up approach but also has access to partnerships with IUAV University (Architecture, Urban Planning) and Ca' Foscari University (Economical, Social, and more academic fields).

The team has professional experience in: facilitating citizen engagement workshops; research on local policies, design proposals; gathering and disseminating knowledge.

We are interested in the calls "PARTICIPATION-01", "PARTICIPATION-02" and "PARTICIPATION-04", and we are looking for partners and/or coordinators.
