Regulatory and policy expertise

• We typically lead tasks or work packages on the policy implications of project findings, providing analysis of the regulatory landscape, identifying potential barriers and incentives, and ensuring alignment with EU priorities.

• We translate complex technical findings into research output and policy recommendations, ensuring results are digestible by policymakers – often a key requirement in EU-funded projects.

• We have proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and organising policy- oriented research events and dialogues needed in HEU tasks for policy outreach and scale up of business opportunities. We ensure that project outcomes are timely, relevant, and effectively communicated at the EU and Member State level to support scale-up and policy impact.

• We host and organise meetings that connect Horizon projects with Brussels- based institutions and stakeholders, creating valuable feedback loops. These activities strengthen the exploitation, communication and dissemination work packages of projects

• We bring the right people into the room. Our extensive network includes the European Commission, European Parliament, Member States, industry, academia and civil society – amplifying project visibility and impact.

• CEPS hosts consortium and project-related events in our centrally located Brussels office. Our conference room accommodates up to 100 participants and offers full remote access capabilities.

Last but not least: joining as a partner, we actively contribute during the proposal preparation phase – by reviewing, refining and strengthening the project’s narrative and ensuring the overall coherence of the proposal. We know the Brussels debate and help to shape proposals that resonate with evaluators.
