Independent consultant specialised in European and international projects related to climate action, sustainable transition and multi-actor cooperation, with a particular focus on EU–Africa collaboration dynamics.

I support research and innovation consortia in the structuring and implementation of collaborative activities, especially regarding impact pathways, exploitation and deployment of results, stakeholder engagement and operational uptake strategies. My approach combines territorial and intercultural understanding with practical experience in multi-stakeholder project environments.

I can contribute to consortium building and consolidation, early-stage coordination support, as well as the design of exploitation, valorisation and replication strategies for research and innovation outcomes. Particular attention is given to the appropriation of project results by local stakeholders and to their transferability across diverse socio-economic and territorial contexts.

My work aims to strengthen the link between research, policy and implementation by supporting projects with strong societal and climate impact potential, while facilitating cooperation between scientific communities, public actors and field stakeholders.
