About

Osons+ is a French mission-driven social enterprise dedicated to supporting organisations, collectives and territories in developing the human, relational and collective competences needed for ecological and social transitions.

Grounded in the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), our work focuses on strengthening key capacities such as cooperation, emotional intelligence, creativity and the ability to navigate complexity. We design and facilitate immersive learning experiences, long-term transformational programmes and co-creation processes that enable individuals and groups to turn insights into concrete, sustainable action.

Our approach is deeply rooted in research, at the intersection of social sciences, organisational transformation and action research. By combining frameworks such as regenerative leadership, Theory U and narrative practices, we explore how cultural dynamics influence transformation processes and how competences can be effectively developed and sustained in real-life contexts.

Osons+ works across sectors — including private companies, public institutions and social organisations — and engages in diverse experimental settings. This includes a territorial living lab focused on youth empowerment, aiming to foster agency, self-awareness and key capacities to face ecological and social challenges.
